Strong Delicacy Saunters on Parisian Catwalks for AW15

For my second day of #PFW the designers seem to be trying to say something new.  A bit of a melting pot is assimilating a new era in Paris Ready To Wear.
A confident woman who knows how to seduce without being overt but that is Parisian.  Today's picks are a new elegance that is strong but still a bit of delicacy.
Clockwise:

Rochas - This retro dress is in a bright ice blue.  The dark necktie and the dark bird applique wide belt give it a more modern dark pop of color.  The short sleeves with the puff  shoulder gives more detail to a simple dress.  The slim ankle strap heel keeps the line delicate but strong.

Dries Van Noten - Not until now has this design house caught my eye.  This collection was astounding.  Full of rich prints in dark tones with layers of feminine whiles.  Love brick red and navy together in this abstract print short sleeve body skimming top that hits below hip line.  The wide black pants create a lovely flow to a more slim line.  The brick red leather gloves that continue past elbow into the shirt sleeve is a big trend and one that is so right now.  I'm in love with the floral applique treatment on the shoulder and neck which brings a zing to a dark look. Simple dark shoes hide keeping the focus on the whole look.

Guy Laroche = Power Punch Passion in a dress.  Guy Laroche has a history of very avaunt gard wearable high fashion.  The new designer seems to get it and bring it into a modern world.  The navy blue with the silver shimmer liquid print on both side of the dress gives the silhouette a movement and glides over the curves.  The long sleeves have morphed from the silver sides of the dress to look powerful and slim.  Love the dress length at mid calf.  The simple black calf boot keeps it from being to much.

Yiqing Yin - Yiqing Yin is one amazing visionary designer.  Her layering and draping skills are beautiful.  She takes a relaxed silhouette with loose fitting volume and transform it into a body sensual garment.  This stunning dark blue dress with an almost Egyptian line creates an easy elegance.  Again strong but delicate.  The dress seems to flow over the body but now away from it.  The drapery creates the lines and the design.  Sleeveless v-neck wrap style front makes for a more casual but formal look.  This look is simply flawless.

Aganovich collection wowed me.  The tailored steampunk look in a futuristic romance dances to a new beat.  The hat stopped me in my tracks.  An new Fedora style.  This black fedora with a relaxed rolled brim is divine.  Notice how it creates a point of reference for the whole look.  The pant suit with a corset waist treatment - wowsers!  The gray white floral print makes for a more womanly look.  Black flat cloth shoes are daring.  The black sticking out of the top collar creates a conversation with the hat.  Brilliance!

Bon Jour!
