A Major Comeback for 1930s Cosmetics Brand

Merle Norman started their cosmetics business in the 1930s in LA.  What prompted my interest was the popularity of 1930s beauty and fashions resurgence.  And the fact that the 1930s hats have always been my fav styles.  My Great Grandmother had such beautiful glowing skin when I was a wee little girl and it left an impression on me.  Years later I discovered she used Merle Norman.  In the latest Issue of Marvelous Mode Magazine I delve into 1930s inspired modern fashions and beauty.  Here's a peek:

You can read all about my fav 1930s inspired looks from vintage to retro and just inspired by.  Of course I included cosmetics.  However, Merle Norman is not only fantastic makeup but they have a brilliant skin care line which my Great Grandmother used.
