Breezy Casual Beautiful Fairytale Wove a Story for SS15 at Paris Fashion Week

Ah Paris!!!!  I love you!  However, alot of designers seemed to be bored with what they are doing.  But I picked some delightful and delovely  looks from the runways.  Above you will see 10 of my picks that set the tone of where I think the future of fashion is going.  This season which started out in New York, I decided to pick looks that personify the now to the then.  They must be wearable and for a woman not a girl.  After all it is called Women's Ready to Wear.  I have my fav designers but I love to find new blood.  But I am seeing a resurgence in these particular Maisons.  Chloe has gone back to their bohemian roots and they know how to do it right.  The rich umbers and gathered flowing ensembles were dreamy.  I was drawn to pant looks more this season than in the past.  The sexy pants are back.  Whether tight to loose than personify a hip modern look.  It seemed no matter what the silhouette was it transformed the model into a confident easy but rockin lady who is strong and daring. She knows what fashion is truly about.

The shoes where creeping platforms ala Asian influence to lace up to knee see through boots.  Hats were sparse.  But of course Stephen Jones Millinery was present at Galliano.  St. Laurent sent down a lovely oversized boater.  Undercover was just divine with their dark fairytale headpieces.  There really was not a particular bag that really stood out.  But color was popping.

You can see all my picks on the pinboards.

Cheers!
